Make It Monday #26: Decreasing Apperture Card

With the summer winding down and the last of our local churches having their VBS, I am reminded of the days long ago when my kids were in VBS and the fun crafts they would bring home. So, my card for Make it Monday this week is reminiscent of those wonderful baby food jar snow globes my  kids made in VBS.

Make It Monday #25: Coloring with White Ink

This week's technique is to stamp a design and then using white ink color in the stamp. I choose the Year of the Flower Morning Glory for this card. Check out the great video by Heather Nichols at

This was a fun challenge for me. My card reminds me of the beautiful cathedral window quilts of long ago.
