Make It Monday #113: Perfect Pearls
Perfect Pearls,
it is a pigment powder that has metallic sheen to it. It can be used
in a variety of ways, but this week on PTI Make It Monday Nicole Heady
shows us her favorite use of Perfect Pearls is just brushing it over a
stamped image.
