Make It Monday #166: Debossing Stamped Images

This week's Make it Monday challenge is make a card and using dies or cover plates "de-emboss" the stamped images. For my card I choose the Happy Hexagons stamp set and cover plate. I used an extra large TH stamping grid block to line up my stamps and covered the front of my card that way and then ran it through my Grand Calibur with the cover plate. I did notice that the CP shifted a little bit but I like that imperfection on my card.. I used an Stitched Sentiment stamp and die for the sentiment as well as Mini Blooms.
Inks~Classic Kraft, Dark Chocolate, Pure Poppy, Raspberry Fizz, Simply Chartreuse, Summer Sunrise and Berry Sorbet.

PAPERTREY INK BLOG HOP Card #3

It seems I can't stop making these lovely butterflies from "Life is Beautiful" stamp set and dies.
Here is one more aqua and melon card for today's PTI blog hop.
This card also has a fun new watercolor background technique I learned in the recent OCC "Watercolor". Where you score the paper and then add paints to a craft mat and let the paper melt into the paper for a one of a kind background.
Supplies: PTI Aqua Mist PP/reinker, Melon Berry ink/reinker, Wet Paint III and Life is Beautiful die
