Make It Monday #70: Puffed Fabric Accents

This week's challenge involved fabric and some type of element to make it puff out from the back side of the card base.  The flowers were fun to create with a coffee filter and the bloom is all the layers of Bloom Builder #3 folded in fourths and pinched at the base to create a bloom.
I am very pleased with how the filter flowers came out.
Thanks for stopping by and Have a terrific weekend!

Supplies used:
Coffee filter sprayed with Ranger Color Wash and the cut with  Bloom Builder #3(Four flowers), White fabric also sprayed with Color Wash, Twinery, Pearl accents, PTI New Leaf Ink for outer edge and jar topper, fun foam cut in jar shape.
