Make It Monday #87: Stamping Alphabets with Die Cuts

This week Papertrey Design team member Heather Nichols shows how to create your own alphabet stamps from your die-cuts Check it out at this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=d_SOFfpx1zY
Anyway all week I have been trying to decide how best to use the information from this video and make a fun card, you see I do not own any alphabet dies. So finally today I figured out a way to make my own alphabet dies from the Papertrey products I do own.
From the dies on the left I cut from foam and adhered to caps these few letter to make the word "peace"
Thus creating this card
I added felt snowflakes cut from the Winter Penguin set and a piece of Pure Poppy patterned paper.
These fun MIM videos help ones in thinking WAY outside the box to create some very fun cards.
Thanks Heather for the inspiration! Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed week.
