the challenge
If you take a look around, you can find inspiration in nearly anything!  This month we challenge you to look at embroidered patterns in a whole new light!  Look through your clothes, Pinterest, home decor catalogs or even the inspiration I have provided above and find an embroidered pattern that speaks to you.  Using the colors and design of the embroidery, build your own stamped version using your favorite floral stamps or other images.
My inspiration comes from a cross stitch sampler I made over 25 years ago. It is still one of my favorite stitchery's. I love the variegated colors used for this sampler and hope my card does it justice.

Supplies:Papertrey Ink Headline Alpha Stamp set, Stitched Sentiment, Teach and Inspire.
cardstock: Ripe Avocado, Stamper Select, Royal Velvet and Linen Vellum, Half & Half die.
INK: Tim Holtz Barn Door, Fired Brick, Seedless Preserves, Dusty Concord,Shaded Lilac
PTI Scarlet Jewel, Plum Pudding, Winter Wisteria, Orange Zest, Summer Sunrise, Simply
                        Chartreuse, Blueberry Sky, Spring Rain
Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving a comment, I love hearing from you. Have a blessed day and enjoy the PTI Blog Hop!
